Private Hitting Lessons & Defense Instruction We provide defense instruction in: Infield, Outfield, & Catching

Hit & Run prides itself on providing athletes with exceptional instruction to take their game to the next level. Each member of the staff uses an array of drills and techniques to reinforce the proper mechanics of your swing. The individual attention and repetitive motion forces the mind to work in sync with the body. Defense is just as important as finding the perfect swing. Hit & Run has instructors for infield, outfield, and catching. Defense lessons will help cut down on errors, improve throwing accuracy, and teach proper blocking techniques behind the plate.
30 Minute Lesson - $30.00 per player 60 Minute Lesson - $50.00 per player

Plyometric, Speed, & Strength Training We also provide a plyometric program that will increase speed, strength and agility. Challenge yourself and sign up today for once a week instruction. You will notice the difference and see results.

60 Minute Session with Instructor- $40.00 per player

Walkins are on a first come first served basis, but since we want you to get the most out of your time at Hit & Run we prefer that you call ahead and schedule an appointment so that you are not waiting around to use our facility. Hit & Run appointment cancelation policy There is a $25.00 charge for missed or cancelled appointments without 24 hours advanced notice.
